Do your spreadsheets work with Google Sheets?
The spreadsheet products we currently offer are Microsoft Excel spreadsheets only, and are NOT compatible with Google Sheets or any other software program. Please ensure you have access to a Microsoft account to use these products.
Can I use your spreadsheets on my phone or tablet?
While you can access, edit and work with Excel spreadsheets on phones and tablets, we highly recommend using a laptop or desktop for optimal use. The charts look so much better on a bigger screen!
I keep getting pop up messages when I edit certain cells
We don't want you to worry about accidently overwriting any formulas, so to help you use our spreadsheet products freely all pages have sheet protection guard to protect the functionality. This message will not appear on cells that require your edits or inputs, so these pop up messages can be ignored.
Can I add more columns and rows?
Please do not add any additional rows or columns because there are a lot of background formulas that are dependant on these cells. We have built in lots of space for you to use, but if you do require more rows, please message us and we will help where possible!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds, cancellations or exchanges after purchase has been made. If you have any questions or require any clarification, we are more than happy to help! Just drop us an email and we will aim to get back to you as soon as we can!
